Founder and General Counsel

Jim Kelly is the Founder of the Georgia HEART Hospital Program, for which he serves as General Counsel. He also founded and serves as General Counsel for Georgia Community Foundation, Inc. and Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, Inc. He is the Founder and General Counsel of International Law and Liberty Society, Inc., a network of young lawyer and law student organizations in 20 nations throughout the world promoting law and liberty principles. Jim earned his business and law degrees from the University of Georgia. He also holds Master of Taxation, Master of Nonprofit Management, and Master of International Relations degrees. He has served on the Georgia Board of Juvenile Justice, Georgia Judicial Nominating Commission, and Georgia Commission on Civics Education.
